At the heart of my work is Reiki energy healing — a gentle yet powerful practice that supports deep relaxation, emotional release, energetic clearing, and inner balance. I offer 45–60 minute Reiki sessions that are intuitively guided and uniquely attuned to your energy and intentions.
To deepen the experience, I may include tarot for insight, crystals for grounding, and sound for energetic balance — all woven naturally into one holistic treatment.
I create a sacred space to restore your flow, reconnect with yourself, and return to your natural rhythm. these sessions are created to gently meet you where you are.

I live in connection with nature, honoring the seasons and the four elements, and the quiet wisdom found in every cycle of life— grounded by the earth, flowing like water, moving with the wind, and guided by the fire of transformation. My healing journey began with my own deep inner work and rediscovering my truth.
Through years of healing practices, travel, and immersion in different cultures, I was always drawn to Reiki — a path that felt like a remembering. Today, I am a Reiki Master, offering intuitive, heart-led healing to support emotional & energetic balance
